A Vacation in Spain

At our class on Spain we will look at a range of regions of wines, taste some cider, have a gin and tonic and enjoy some meats and cheese from the Iberian peninsula. Our welcome cocktail will be one of the most Spanish drinks of them all, A Spanish Gin and Tonic. We will then dive into the wonderful region of Basque Country with a very traditional cider. Next we will do a trip around the county looking at 4 different wines from the region. Finishing perfectly with a pour of sherry to showcase the very special world of Fortified wines.
