Beef Rouladen

Lean flank steak stuffed with dill pickles, slab bacon, sweet onions, Dusseldorf mustard and Gruyere cheese; slow roasted, then finished with a truffled demi-glaze. Accompanied by horseradish whipped potatoes and sauerkraut.

Jagerschnitzel

Breaded pork loin, pan-fried and finished with wild mushrooms and sweet onions in a sherry demi-glaze. Served with braised red cabbage and spaetzle and cheese.
