Guarantees:

• Please allow at least 1 business day prior to the date of your function for an attendance guarantee.
• This count is not subject to reduction.
• Please notify us immediately with any increase in your guaranteed number.
• You will be charged according to your guaranteed number of attendees.
• Without a confirmed number you will be charged according to your estimated number of attendees.

Banquet Requirements:

A signed banquet contract and room deposit should be returned to the Sales Office at least two weeks prior to your booking, when requested.

Billing:

Payment, in full, will be required at the conclusion of that event. To establish a house charge, please contact our Accounting Department.

Tax and Gratuity:

Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% is applied to all sales and services with the exception of beverage alcohol. Gratuity of 18% will be applied only to food and beverage.

Room Rental:

If guaranteed number of guests is greater or less then the original number, the Allen Street Grill reserves the right to move the party to a more suitable room.

Beverage Service:

Please note that the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board strictly regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages to licensed establishments. Since we are ultimately responsible for all sales and service of these alcoholic beverages, we must strictly follow the applicable rules. Therefore, no alcoholic beverages may be brought on to the premises by our guests. No minors can handle or consume alcoholic beverages under any conditions. We will press charges for violations of this policy.
